The Toronto Film School at RCC Institute of Technology (RCCIT) is a private entertainment arts school located in Toronto, Ontario. With three campuses in Toronto, the Toronto Film School (TFS) offers diploma programs that lead to careers in film, television, theatre, fashion, graphic design, interior decorating, and video game design.

History

Toronto Film School was established in 2001. In 2009, RCCIT acquired the Toronto Film School, adding programs in film production; scriptwriting for film and TV; and acting for television, film, and stage to its offerings. In 2010, the school reopened under the RCCIT family of schools in a state-of-the-art studio facility at Yonge-Dundas Square (also known as Dundas Square) in Toronto. Starting January 2014, Toronto Film School began to offer two diploma programs in Video Game Design at the Steeles Campus. In April 2014, Toronto Film School added three more programs to its program portfolio offered at the Davisville campus: Fashion Design, Marketing for Fashion and Entertainment and Graphic Design and Interactive Media.

Yorkville University and RCC Institute of Technology have established an articulation agreement to provide eligible diploma graduates with the opportunity to continue their studies after graduation.
